The Young Leaders Program is a Seattle-based not-for-profit organization that focuses on leveraging a diverse, multi-disciplinary, global talents to create solutions that generates positive impact to the local community. The organization was incorporated at the Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber of Commerce in 2003 as an Ambassador Program where young professionals gather together to learn about professional development skills to be more competitive in their industry. The program undergoes a major restructuring in 2015 to become the Young Leaders Program where it shifted its focus on helping talented college students to channel their knowledge and time to pursue a pro-bono consulting project to solve community’s greatest challenge.
